About Me

Thanks for checking out my blog! My name is Jesse Pena and I have been hiking and backpacking for more than 10 years. Hiking and enjoying the outdoors is my passion; I have climbed mountains, scrambled up rock faces, forded rivers and fallen on my ass. Continuing to get up, push boundaries and becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable changes perspective.
This blog gives you a glimpse at some of my past experience (and questionable writing skills). Feel free to be inspired to spend more time in the outdoors; it is good for your health!
